What we collect
We may collect the following information:
- name
- contact information including e-mail address
- demographic information
- other relevant information
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- to answer your questions
- to process your requests, such as to schedule an appointment
- we may use the information to improve our services
Email updates
If you sign up for our email updates, we keep your email address and, if you give it, your name, so we can send you occasional emails about upcoming crops, retreats and registration. We do not send anything until you confirm your address by clicking the link in the email we send you, and we keep a record of when you signed up and what you were told the list sends.
If you subscribed to our newsletter before this website launched, we carried your subscription over so you keep receiving the same updates.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from the list, and we keep only your address afterwards so we do not email you again. Our emails are sent through Mailgun, a mail delivery service, which processes your address on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.
Your address is never sold or shared with anyone else. To change or remove your details at any time, use the unsubscribe link or contact us.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We have put in place suitable physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
